If amount is debited from your account despite a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

PSR Silks provides free shipping for orders to be shipped within India. For international orders shipping charges are Rs 750 for the first garment and Rs 500 for every additional garment.

No, but you can cancel the order within 24 hours and place another order.

Yes, we accept international cards. Our Payment Gateway partner has fixed an upper limit on the amount for international transactions. This is entirely for security purposes. This upper limit may be updated on a regular basis. So for higher purchases, you can place multiple orders.

Once you receive a confirmation email about your order from us, our delivery time is 3-5 business days for domestic orders. For international orders, it depends on the shipping location.

Yes, if you change your mind about your order you can cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order. Just send us an email to help@psrsilks.com

In case of a wrong order or defective product, you can return the product to us and we will send you the exact or suitable replacement. You can email us at help@psrsilks.com. Please make sure the product is the same condition as delivered with the bill and price tag, failing which, we will not be able to accept the return.
